PICK / PACK
ESNA’s business was started to meet the cross-dock pick-pack service requirement of Karman, Inc., manufacturer and importer of RoperUSA wearing apparel and footwear. We have worked closely with Karman for over seven years, and process up to 500 shipments per day and over 400,000 pieces per year. We now provide similar services to other apparel and footwear importers.

We sort cartons to style, color, and size and pick and pack individual pieces from the cartons to fill the orders generated by our customers. We can source the cartons for packing including artwork. We check the picked orders before packing to insure accuracy. We process through UPS, FEDEX and DHL.

LOT CONTROL
ESNA is experienced with Lot Control. Our warehouse staff is well trained and understands the significance of Lots for your business control. We track Lot details in our Warehouse Management System to further assure control and proper shipping of Lots.

QUALITY ASSURANCE and INSPECTIONS
ESNA provides QA and Inspection services to confirm that our customers’ products meet their specifications. We have extensive experience inspectiong apparel and footwear. We have also checked sizes on hardware bolts, the finish on automobile wheels, for rust on machinery, for odors or spoilage of adhesives, for logos and stitching on supersacks, and to assure all components are included in kits. BARCODING
ESNA can create barcode labels for your shipments, including UPC and UCC labels. We can read and capture barcode information upon receiving. Ask us about how we can meet your requirements.

SAMPLING
ESNA takes samples as you require. We send the samples to you or your laboratory for testing and decision. We sample all kinds of products and shipments – just tell us what you need to have done.

DESTRUCTION & DISPOSAL
ESNA can destroy non-saleable or other products that you do not want entered into commerce. We document the destruction and provide pictures and certificates attesting to the complete and proper disposal. Please give us a call to discuss your situation.

PACKOUT & DISPLAY BUILDING
ESNA is experienced with packouts and display building. We have received, sorted, packed and shipped replenishment product brochures. We built more than 5000 displays, stocking more than 150,000 pairs of sunglasses, for one retailer. We have the staff and equipment to setup and operate efficient assembly procedures to meet your shipping requirements.

KITTING
ESNA can combine multiple items into a new item by making kits in our Warehouse Management System. We can inventory the individual items that comprise your kits until you need to have a kit built and shipped or we can build and inventory the kits. Either way you have complete visibility of your inventory.
