ESNA is centrally located in Orange County for efficient distribution throughout Southern California. We also service the rest of California, US and international markets. We are convenient to the Los Angeles Long Beach harbor complex to handle import and export freight.

ESNA tailors our distribution service to meet requirements of each individual customer, with a typical package involving such warehouse services as:

Inbound Transportation
• Expedited pickups at Los Angeles International Airport or at the container freight stations in the harbor in our own trucks
• Arrange drayage of containers to and from the harbor
• Arrange LTL and Full Truckloads of domestic and Canadian origin cargo inbound to our facility

Receiving
• Track expected inbound shipments and schedule delivery appointments
• Unload floor loaded or palletized cargo from truck or container
• Sort and segregate the merchandise as required by customer
• Tally the quantities and compare to expected amount on packing list
• Advise customer of any discrepancy, such as over, short or damage
• Record lot numbers, serial numbers or other cargo information
• Put cargo away into storage
• Update Warehouse Management System with receiving information, including lots or serial numbers as required
• Report completed receiving details to Customer

Shipping
• Receive order / release from customer by email, FAX, electronic file or EDI
• Enter order into Warehouse Management System and allocate inventory
• Pull order
• Palletize and label shipment as required
• Tender shipment to carrier

Outbound Transportation
• Local area covered by our fleet
• Arrange LTL and full truck loads with appropriate carriers for deliveries in areas we do not cover with our own trucks.
• Parcel shipping through carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.
